You must serve at least one infant or toddler who meets
EEC income eligibility guidelines
and received a subsidy as of April 15, 2010.
You must offer a program that serves the needs of working parents.
You must agree to participate in a future MA Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) process to receive a QRIS rating.
You must participate in two training sessions offered from October 16 - December 7, 2010 to qualify for a grant application in January 2011. The training calendar will be available by September 16.
