Based on the findings from CIF's recently released "Building an Infrastructure for Quality" report, CIF has drafted the attached "Action Steps to Help Improve Learning Environments". These consist of steps that everyone can take to help make child care facilities a priority, including business leaders, parents, the philanthropic community, providers, public officials and more.
